MY LOCAL FARM SHOP

Tomlinson's Farm Shop located in Pudsey is a great way to purchase local products, avoiding buying from a supermarket where there is transportation impacts of the environment, factory farming and over packaging.

INGREDIENTS

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING
1lb Beef Steak Mince
4 Potatoes
2 Courgettes
Handful of Mushrooms
2 Onions
Knob of Butter
Dash of Milk
1 Tomato
METHOD
STEP 1
Fry mince until brown, then added chopped onions and simmer for 15 minutes.
STEP 2
Add chopped mushrooms to mixture.
STEP 3
Boil potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes.
STEP 4
Mash up potatoes with a dash of milk and knob of butter.
STEP 5
Cover mixture with mash.
STEP 6
Place in oven for 20 mins.
STEP 7
Boil courgettes for 10 mins.
STEP 8
Add sliced tomatoes on top to finish.
